Work Stages

1- Contact us via email support@xbintech.com, request some moment to have an appointment.

2- Within 24 hours, our support will confirm the appointment.

3- We discuss system behavior via chat in detail, every little detail is the most important for us, you can send us documentation, images, etc. We can assist you in logical design.

4- Our team will analyze technical details, and we make a proposal (technical details, development time).

5- We agree on price. If project is long, may be we need to set milestones. As an intermediary payment platform, we can use either Escrow or Upwork direct Contracts (you can contact us in case you have any doubt).

6- Our team develops the work. At this stage, we need you to designate someone to keep daily feedback, because, in the design processes, many details appear and decisions need to be taken, which need to be determined by client.

Important Note

It is essential to have constant communication with some specialist designated by client throughout the design process, since, generally, client "knows what he want his system to do", and this is described in a few lines, but this is generally less than 5 % of the questions that must be taken into account, the most complex part are those that user " doesn't want the system to do", either due to logical design errors, or user performs an action when not expected, etc. Our mission as developers is to make a robust system.
